Healthy Habits in Schools

Fun, practical sessions that teach children handwashing, safe drinking water, dental care and nutrition — habits they can share at home.

This project is at the planning stage. It is not running yet. Timeline, location and funding details will be confirmed and published here before it starts.

The challenge

Children who learn healthy habits early tend to carry them home. Simple, well-taught routines can reduce common illnesses that keep children out of the classroom.

Objectives

  • Teach practical hygiene and nutrition habits through games and demonstrations.
  • Encourage children to share what they learn with their families.
  • Work with school staff so habits continue after our sessions end.

Who it is for

Primary-school children and their teachers in partner schools.

What we will do

  • Interactive sessions using songs, games and demonstrations.
  • Simple take-home guides for families.
  • Follow-up visits with teachers' agreement.

Results & impact

No results to report yet. Results will be published here once the project is running, together with how they were measured.

Updates & reports
